HCS provides several levels of Web services as follows:
-Turnkey: Complete Web page consultation, design, development, hosting and maintenance.
-Startup: Web page consultation, design, development & hosting (updates & maintenance to be provided by customer).
-Maintenance: Regular testing/updating of Web sites developed by HCS.
-Consultation: Advice and assistance on how to design, develop, host and maintain a Web site (primary implementation responsibility rests with customer).
Because HCS has been able to minimize its
expenses, it
is able to keep its consulting rates low. While work can be performed
on
an hourly basis (actual rate depends on the extent and type of work to
be performed), HCS generally prefers to quote costs on a project
implementation
basis followed by any monthly hosting/maintenance costs which may be
desired.
Actual costing is provided on a project-by-project basis.
